M.C. Dean is looking for a Operations & Requirements Analyst 3 to join our Stuttgart, Germany office, supporting Department of Defense programs. The position may require travel to CONUS and other OCONUS customer locations up to 5% of the time. The position operates in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and will require support at contractor and government facilities. The Operations & Requirements Analyst 3 assists M.C. Dean in delivering state of the art technical solutions through strengthened operational analysis requirements management.
Applicants must demonstrate ability to establish the client relationship, assess client issues and propose project solutions; review, coordinate, and summarize client correspondence to assist the project leadership's understanding of client priorities, scope changes, deadlines and deliverables; use this experience to develop project leadership skills and assume those responsibilities.
Applicants must demonstrate ability to conduct research – open source and enclave specific.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to analyze and represent operational missions and concepts of operations.
Applicants must demonstrate ability to develop and document operational requirements that can be translated by systems engineers into technical requirements.

Applicants must demonstrate ability to prepare documentation, reports and presentations defining problems, evaluation, and possible/recommended concepts or solutions.
Applicants must demonstrate ability to present findings with support materials to government/military sponsors, operational commands and organizations.
Applicants must demonstrate ability to think creatively and communicate thoughts both in terms of structured narrative and visual graphics
Applicants must demonstrate professional etiquette and ability to interact with leadership and staff personnel in both industry and government/department of defense.
Applicants must demonstrate ability to quickly learn new concepts, skills, and tools.
Minimum Position / Candidate Requirements
U.S. Citizenship and Eligible to receive a Department of Defense government security clearance; current active clearance desired.
Bachelor's Degree and 5 (+) years of experience
Above average MS Office skills.
Above average writing skills.
Familiarity with systems and engineering architectures, processes, and lifecycles desired.
Experience of using the requirements management tools, such as IBM DOORS Requirements Management Tool desired.
Experience producing technical reports and compliance statements, such as Requirements Analysis Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Systems Requirements Matrices, etc. desired.
Experience conducting validation of applicable program/project requirements through traceability analysis of the performance specifications, design specifications and testing activities desired.
Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplined team.
