Lockheed Martin Digital Transformation Lead in Stratford, Connecticut
Description: Candidate will be a part of the Production Readiness and Process Capability Group.
Candidate must be an assertive self-starter with solid oral and written communication skills with knowledge of manufacturing processes and willing to work on cross functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for continuing digital transformation initiatives within the Production Readiness and Process Capability group. Candidate will be responsible for integrating smart tools, systems and technology to enforce production controls enabling visibility to real-time process monitoring. Candidate will be responsible for generating analytical (SSRS, Tableau) reports and dashboards.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
