ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Agile DevSecOps Manager to provide unparalleled support for the Information Systems Division (TC) within the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Sterling, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Direct the implementation and management of an Agile and DevSecOps culture.
Manage the daily technical support and operations of the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipeline functions of the program.
Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices and instill Agile values.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Facilitating a culture of getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
5+ years of experience implementing Agile development methodology and DevSecOps in an IT environment similar in size and scope to the DEA TC organization.
5+ years of years of experience implementing organizational development methodologies.
Experience managing multiple software development teams concurrently in a Government organization.
Experience in directing Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system implementations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Agile (i.e., SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban, extreme programming (XP), lean, Scrumban, etc.) certified professional.
