Customer Acquisition Manager - Remote
RealSure is a joint venture between Realogy and Home Partners of America, offering a differentiated cash offer product that helps consumers sell and buy their home with confidence.
RealSure is expanding and enhancing its bold products to improve the consumer home selling and buying transaction experience. The integral role of Customer Acquisition Manage will report to the Director of Program Strategy and Client Acquisition of RealSure.
This role will focus equally on managing the sales team performance and building out the customer conversion strategy to delight customers and win new business for RealSure. The Customer Acquisition Manager will report to the Director of Program Strategy and Client Acquisition.
This position is 100% remote.
Leads Strategy: Partner with Director to optimize the sales funnel from initial contact to the point when a customer says “yes, sign me up”. Create scripts, track performance, iterate and optimize the process routinely. Work with the partner lead-routing team to create a seamless experience when pairing new customers with agents.
Manage Sales Team: Lead a growing team of inside sales employees to drive conversion performance and maximize customer delight. Coach team members, develop training opportunities, role play scenarios, educate sales team on product suite and create a world-class selling team. Sales team members field inquiries from new contacts, proactively engage new contacts to pitch the benefits of RealSure and facilitate enrollment in RealSure products.
Dashboards and Reporting . Implement tools to collect and report on data related to sales funnel success. Work cross-functionally with analytics team to know your business at a granular level and use that data to propose improvements to both the service delivery and product itself.
Product Enhancements: As a founding team member, act as a thought leader and partner to constantly improve RealSure products, with special focus on the experience for new customers. Routinely check in with new customers to ensure consistent quality in service and gain insights to improve RealSure.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years Sales management experience (Real Estate knowledge a plus)
Ability to defuse escalations and tense customer service issues
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects
Excels at building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Must be able to operate well under ambiguity, have a desire to grow, and respond well to feedback
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, scripting and coaching
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required
Experience excelling in a highly matrixed environment with ability to work across multiple business units, a plus
Ability to travel up to 10% (once it’s safe to travel)
