Aerotek Carpenters Helper in St Paul, Minnesota
We are a large builder in Montrose Minnesota.
We are currently looking for three plus carpenters or carpenters helpers. You will be on a new build construction site assisting carpenters installing windows and wrap which is used to protect the exterior wall framing from weather.
OSHA 10 Certification
1 year of Trade School
3 years of experience in construction
They will be assisting the JM carpenters on site with whatever tasks are needed for that day. Primarily, you will be working with heights but the client provides safety talks and fall protection when working higher up in the air.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
6+ months of construction or general labor experience
6+ months experience working on ladders and aware of basic ladder safety.
Need to lift 75lbs pretty routinely on the job.
Need to have basic hand tools-hammer, square, tape measure, and utility knife
Need to have a tool belt-they had someone show up with their tools in a plastic bag which does not work.
High school Diploma-Some trade school preferred
-Ability to carry 75 lbs
-Ability to carry 36 foot extension ladder
