AT&T Senior-Business Management in St Louis, Missouri

This career step requires senior level experience. Responsible for more complex Financial Oversight including financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, business case preparation and review; implementing, improving, supporting and leading the processes, strategies, and tools for the assigned business or functional area. Provide input and expertise for key technical functions by utilizing knowledge of the business, finance, and technology.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: VP Staff position. Define, design and implement finance processes into the organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaboration. Must have a thorough knowledge of the organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business and finance background in order to fully support the organization. Typically provides support in one or more of the following areas: Financial Oversight including financial modeling and analysis, business case preparation and review; Evaluates financial performance including cost or budget administration. Performs complex data modeling and financial analysis; Analysis/Reporting including metrics, scorecards, performance analysis and gap identification; Internal Processes including creation and management of policies / standards / processes, process improvement and transformation, and Agile methodology; Compliance/Assurance including audit and compliance review and management, process and quality reviews and audits, and vendor management; Communication including creation of leadership presentation material, event planning, and oversight of corporate wide projects. May work across multiple internal and/or external organizations. Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or MBA preferred.

Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills required.
