SFC Bank is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Retail team! This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to President and CEOatSFC Bank, including general office duties, preparing and composing correspondence, coordinating various Board/Staff/Committee meetings, preparation of recurring reports, and work with outside vendors. The Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as the Secretary for Springfield First Community Board of Directors.Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior experience as an Executive Assistant preferred. Excellent knowledge and use of professional grammar, spelling and punctuation. Ability to establish, maintain and prepare reports, documents, etc., and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to maintain the utmost confidentiality, have a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills, and self-motivated, detail oriented and possess a strong work ethic.
