Kelly Services Sales Representative in Springfield, Massachusetts

Job Description

Our client, a well-established organization with a regional office located in MA is looking for a Outside Sales Rep to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunity with base salary of $60,000 and year-end OTE of $85,000-$90,000 for top performers within their first year!

This outside sales position will take place in the Springfield. MA area. Custom Sign Industry experience a plus.

3- 5 years of outside sales experience required



-Build a network of architects, general contractors, designers, developers, and property/facility managers in your target market in the mentioned industry sectors listed below.

-Develop architectural and custom sales pipelines within the following industry sectors:

Healthcare, Higher Education, Corporate Commercial Real Estate, Higher End Residential, Senior Living, Banking and Finance, Boutique Retail and Hospitality & etc.


-A four-year college degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of proven consultative sales experience.

-Possess a familiarity with the construction, architect and design communities in your target market.

-Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate successful customer interaction.

-Possess a -hunter mentality- towards customer development.

-A commitment to and an appreciation for superior customer service.

-Excellent computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite).

-Strong prioritization and analytical abilities are essential.

-Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a team setting, as well as a home office setting, and the flexibility to travel in your target market.



-Base salary of $60,000 and year-end OTE of $85,000-$90,000 for top performers
