NAI BLACK Full-Time Real Estate Transaction Manager in SPOKANE, Washington

NAI Black is looking for a FT, 32-40 hours per week, Transaction Manager to assist one of our top producing commercial real estate brokers. The Transaction Manager will manage sale and lease transactions while fostering client relationships and business growth. You will work as part of a small team. You will also work on and will be asked to direct special projects/assignments as needed. This is a high-volume client-facing environment. Duties:Assume key transaction management responsibilities: *Put in place and manage systems to track multiple time sensitive deadlines at the same time *Manage client files, property listings, active tenant representation assignments, prospect procurement, listing administration, website postings, social media channels *Track and invoice commissions *Use industry technology platforms to manage client relationships and transactions *Manage a high volume of incoming calls to provide property information to prospects *Attend client meetings and conference calls *Manage a high volume of transactions *Proofread and spell check legal agreements including purchase and sale agreements, lease documents, lease amendments, financing instruments, client letters, website postings and social media channels *Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data *Prospect for and research companies, landlords, and potential tenants and clients Qualifications: *Must be fluent in Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe PDF *Experience creating billings and invoices required *Experience navigating legal documents preferred *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Time management skills (creating calendars and tracking key dates) required *Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients *Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload *Maintain a high degree of confidentiality *Experience dealing with high net worth individuals *Proven understanding of, and commitment to client services *Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments Salary: $18 - $22 / hour D.O E. plus an excellent benefits package- healthcare after 60-days, vacation/sick leave and holiday pay after 90-days and a 401(k) with a match after one year of service.
