Warehouse Administrator

Are you experience in Warehousing and Administrative work, this may be a fit for you? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a food distrbituiton company to preform shipping/receiving duties, work alongside the warehouse, office and customer service sides of business. In order to qualify for this role one has to have experience using ERP and WMS systems. Also, it is essential to have exceptional communication skills to succeed in this role, since you will be responsible to coordinate shipment, troubleshoot issues and constantly communicate with other departments via phone, email or in person at times.   • Involved in day to day operations including shipping and receiving

  • Scheduling outbound freight and shipments, and call for pricing quotes

  • Create/ Print Packing list & Invoicing outbound shipping orders

  • Audit invoice for completed routes

  • Work directly with CS team on assisting shipping customers

  • Order fulfilment and work with Shift Supervisor

  • Trouble shoot any system problems as needed

  • Coordinate orders -ERP, transportation routing and WMS system

  • Inventory control, quality control, and checking orders

  • Ability to learn WMS equipment and problem solve

  • Other project tasks or general warehousing work as assigned

  • Work w/ office, sales and warehouse for shift incoming orders

  • Ensure good communication and relations
