Your Impact:

An exciting fulltime opportunity exists for a Proposals and Bid Coordinator to join Jacobs within our Northern Transport Operations team, reporting to the Director of Operations. This role will require you to conduct client, competitor and market research as required in support of sales leads, opportunity strategy development and create Focus Client information repositories (e.g. CSP and SharePoint). You will support the Client Account Managers and Project Opportunity owners to maintain and update Salesforce plans and respond to proposal requests.

You will prepare written and graphical proposals, qualifications and presentations along with editing technical and non-technical documents for consistency. You will advocate the Jacobs brand, including working within Brand Guidelines for visual identity and brand voice. You will promote the use of Jacobs SharePoint collaboration sites and tools and be managing the content. #LI-DG1 #APMETransport

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience within a similar proposal / bid coordinator role

• Previous experience with Information systems (Salesforce, SharePoint)

• Experience in writing, proofing and editing proposals

• Experience within market research and analysis

• High attention to detail and a ‘can do attitude’

• Excellent MS Office experience
