Provides outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Maintain inventories using computerized tracking systems.Essential Functions:Performs warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of products, parts, and materials in support of RMA's, CM's, suppliers, internal requirements and customer orders.Uses an electric powered forklift, hand truck, or other material handling equipment to load and unload, move or stack materials or products.Performs duties in support of the company's international and domestic activities.Documents information relating to receipt, storage, and shipping of product by completing JDE transactions as required.Pull and pack product into designated boxes or containers. Review pick lists to ensure that all required items are included.Counts/audits inventory and pulled materials for WO's and verifies accuracy and records any discrepancies.Performs administrative duties such as: sign delivery receipts, trace shipments, file claims, obtain rate quotes, distribute air-bills/bills of lading, etc.Package, label, and requisition per procedures and quality specifications.Interface with Carriers, Customers, Vendors, Customs, and Brokers regarding receiving/shipping materials.Perform all inventory transactions to include functions associated with the cycle counting program while supporting inventory control in JDE for Branch Plant 301 and 319.Provide accurate material movement to the staging/production floor area.Work with Planning department to release and stage work orders to the production floorPrepare shipments under instruction from warehouse supervisor using Order Manager and JDE.Comply with all posted packing and labeling requirements for shipments, including lithium battery labeling.Support FedEx/UPS ShipmentsFollow all Customer specific packaging and shipment requirements.Participate in cross-functional teams as directed to improve customer relationshipsPackage/ship, materials, cases, batteries, etc. to support Technical/Field Services departmentAdditional Responsibilities:Trouble-shoot problems and resolve those within routine processes; refer others to Manager in a timely manner.Clean workstation at the end of each day.Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.Comply with all company safety policies.Comply with company ESD policies.Required:High school diploma or GEDMinimum five (5) years' experience in shipping/receiving using an ERP business system.Good interpersonal/group skills.Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work with minimal supervision.Must have "hands on" computer experience dealing with receiving/shipping transactions, preferably in an ERP environment.Preferred:Certified fork truck opera
