We are searching for aHead of Talent Acquisition EMEAwho will be the main driver of delivering our regional talent & resourcing strategy linked to our strategic workforce plan priorities. The person in this role will lead and manage the EMEA regional talent acquisition team, working closely with the business stakeholders to deliver great hiring solutions while ensuring that we are able to attract, motivate and retain the right employees needed to deliver the company strategy.
You will be also responsible to create and maintain a ‘wow’ candidate and new joiners experience by positioning the Experian EMEA employer brand as an employer of choice.
Strategic talent acquisition
Works in partnership with the country business leaders / regional executive leadership team to set direction of the regional talent acquisition strategy
Shapes and implements a candidate experience to attract the most diverse pool for talent for the organisation
Determines sourcing strategy to deliver the regional plans and to best deliver the in- year recruitment
Ensures the teams are trained in the use of all relevant recruitment tools and channels
Continually critically evaluate talent acquisition policies, processes and systems and develop proposals for improvements and efficiencies
Review processes and practices and suggest ways of improving the talent acquisition service and taking accountability for implementation
Ensures the business is provided with the tools and knowledge to improve Hiring Manager interviewer capability delivering a positive and consistent candidate experience
Cascade and Implementation of global standards and drive consistency in strategic approach which may include but not be limited to Brand, Technology, best practice approaches, and methods of Measurement (KPIS)
Partnership with the HRBP team and global talent acquisition community
Be the voice of the talent attraction priotities and influence the creation of EMEA HR strategy in line with the business requirements
Work in a partnership with the rest of the functions HRBPs and market HRBPs to ensure alignment in terms of people agenda and its implementation
Partners Globally to drive consistency in our talent acquisition strategy, where appropriate, to deliver our talent needs
Personal responsibility for the delivery and contribution to specific global projects whilst ensuring EMEA talent acquisition team successfully delivers business requirements using multiple selection methodologies
Partners with Global TA on projects, leading and developing new and globally consistent methods for TA, whilst having regional responsibility for local projects that drive best practice and improvements plus where applicable, greater commercial benefit
Lead the annual performance review process ensuring that all team members have stretching personal objectives, development plans and regular performance reviews to embed a high-performance culture
Develop and implement talent management and succession plans to identify and develop high potential employees, and ensure an available talent pipeline to meet business and capability requirements
Establish and frequently review the organisational structure and allocation of responsibilities, accountabilities and necessary resources to ensure regulatory obligations are met and that the business is managed and controlled effectively
Define and drive clear goals and objectives for the business area
Drive employee engagement and openly encourage two way communication flows
Ensure training and competency plans are in place and that all team members complete required training in a timely manner
5 years of experience in a TA / HR leadership role
Demonstrable subject matter expertise and proven track record in defining and leading talent acquisition agenda
Experience partnering cross-function & cross-country teams across different cultures
Personal credibility, with the ability to form strong relationships at all levels across the business
Proven experience in the implementation of Talent Recruitment and planning
High energy, outcomes driven approach with an ability to develop relationships with top management, peers, and external partners
Strong influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal
Business focused with an ability to understand the commercial drivers and key measures
A pragmatist with a sound theoretical grounding of key aspects of talent Recruitment
Credibility and confidence from the business
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
