Brand Manager – ABI Brands
Based: Sofia – Head Office
Reports to:Sr. Brand Manager Premium brands& Portfolio strategy
Direct reports: No
You willimplement locally projects related to ABI Brands (Corona, Stella Artois, Leffe, Hoegaarden)from the annual brand plan in line with the agreed scope, monitor closely delivery versus objectives & raising risks (& as appropriate solutions) to overcome them.
The position is requiring financial management and being brand accountable of invoices tracking, budgets submission etc, according to the latest agreed budgets & the big plans aligned behind them.
You as our new marketing colleague will:
Contribute to the development of brand annual plans, having a good understanding on consumer trends, insights and behaviour and category dynamics.
Implement and execute with excellence projects from the annual brand & communication plan, with a constant overview of competitor activities and reactions.
Being involved in the design of the channel / customer plans (portfolio activation plans) with Commercial.
Monitor and analyse volume, Market Share and Brand Health KPIs, Generate ideas to fuel brand growth via executional improvements across the 4Ps
If you have the following… we defiantly want to hear from you!
University Degree in Marketing .
3+ еxperience in brand management position preferably in FMCG sector.
Experience in project management, budget control & managing external agencies.
Strategic thinking & analytical skills;
Advanced confident user in Microsoft Office;
Fluent in Bulgarian and English – both verbal & written;
You put people first , you’ve proven your ability to operate and influence effectively across different cultures demonstrating flexibility of style and communication skills. You are a team player, diplomatic and adept in dealing with energetic and demanding clients within tight timelines and with many cultures.
You are bold and decisive , you’re not phased by working across different jurisdictions and you can use your ability to coach and train the rest of the team, generating followership and buy in from commercial colleagues.
You take accountability , you are a creative problem solver with a high level of motivation, you excel in an autonomous and proactive working environment.
You learn every day ,you proactively acquire and maintain business knowledge to contribute to strategy.
You are energetic, passionate and positive; able to thrive in fast-paced environment and you celebrate success together with your team!
