You will work within our world class Engineering Team in our Slough Site.

Your key deliverables:

  • Provide complete technical, application & design support for Eaton’s Power Quality (UPS) products & Electrical solutions’ portfolio to all internal and external customers. Generating quotations and supporting documentation to meet those needs.

  • Be able to understand and resolve customer 3-phase application/solution requirements.

  • Provide efficient and accurate sales (pre-order) support by analysing and recommending solutions to meet customers’ needs in support of the Sales teams.

  • Interpret customer specifications, drawings and schematics to provide quotations, solutions, and accurate information for quotes through to order receipts and handover to the PMO.

  • Be available and manage daily activities by phone and email to provide directions, solutions and recommendations to internal and external customers.

  • Generate and communicate sales leads to the field sales organizations. Effectively communicate sales and product value proposition and strategies to all customers.

  • Work as part of a motivated team to support the business needs and deadlines.



  • Minimum HND in an Electrical Engineering subject.

  • A good understanding of 3-phase electrical engineering theory with knowledge of UPS & products such as transformers, LV Switchgear, Energy storage etc.

  • 5 years’ experience in customer, sales or technical support. Industry or product/project engineering preferable

  • A solid understanding of 3-phase AC and DC theory in Electrical engineering environments.

  • IT literate and competent in all Windows based environments.

  • Knowledge of relevant Electrical Standards (IEC, CE, CSA, NEC, UL, NEMA, etc.) would be beneficial.
