Philips Trade & Shopper Marketing Lead, Personal Health ASEAN in Singapore, Singapore

You are responsible for

  • Leading the Trade & Shopper Marketing team in defining local shopper insight, formulating in-store activation plans and executing sell-out activities in the close collaboration with Consumer Marketing Team and Sales Teams in the district.

  • Lead, coach and motivate the TSM team in order to achieve predefined KPI of every team member.

  • Create successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of trade marketing plans (local shop activation plan).

  • Initiate and stimulate the local and regional trade marketing actions, towards distributors and resellers.

  • Manage performance of promotional spend, within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation.

  • Develops and execute integrated management framework of attracting, training, motivating and retaining promoters and merchandisers.

  • Optimize (offline/online) shelve (portfolio, price points, promotions), owning in-store excellence execution to drive brand preference, increase conversion and basket size.

  • Manages category captainships or advisor-ships.

  • Define and formulate observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities.

  • Define requirements for the shopper research.

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure consistency in presenting our brand.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 12 - 13 years of experience in Trade and Shopper Marketing preferably with exposure to the SEA + ASEAN markets.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in people management and collaboration with multi-functional team

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to create synergy while managing ambiguity
