As a Manager you’ll often be:
Delivering valuable insights and designing and implementing business change with a focus on people and process
Optimizing client processes to better manage talent, improve workforce performance, and develop employees
Defining client organizational priorities to manage the change journey
Leading and guiding team members through various projects and tasks
You should have experience with some of the following:
An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value.
Minimum 6 years’ experience working through organizational change, change management, developing and implementing creative solutions, including organization design, competency modeling, learning & collaboration and leadership development
Minimally have experience leading teams in planning and execution of solutions and projects.
Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
