Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll look to you to assist for our Dealing team to maximize their time to focus on customer contact. You’ll be keying in transactions, responding to customer emails and processing payments, as well as renewing monthly transaction requests. You’ll use your strong communication skills to interact with clients over the phone and through email, ensuring their details are correct and their transactions have been processed correctly.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
Experience in a process led role within the banking or financial services industries
Excellent attention to detail is key for this role.
Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
Ability to function in a highly team-based environment
Ability to communicate with employees across different levels within the organization

However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
