What You’ll Do for Us
Ensures business results, alignment with OU and “Bottler”. Overseas operations in the territory of Singapore supervising all operations, adding to that identifying and capturing new opportunities across the franchise.
Leads the growth agenda with Bottlers operations aligned with the OU strategy. Manages New opportunities mapping, strategic, operational, and commercial projects involving the bottler.
Responsible for orchestrating TCCC’s-network initiatives and securing bottling partners’ alignment and flawless execution. Jointly with the Indonesia Franchise Operations Director; the FOD leads the growth with Bottling partners, aligned with the OU’s and center’s strategy.
Responsible for achieving business growth in KO and Bottler, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within Complete Portfolio, multi channels and the KO System.
Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making.
Manages and articulates the day-to-day operations of the franchise; working very close with the Frontline teams. Co-Leads localization of plans; monitors evolution of key indicators to achieve BP objectives (e.g. share, transaction, Revenues, volume); leads communication flow between Bottler and KO concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; executes strategies with bottler & 3rd partners; cooperates with bottler to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.
Lead Governance Model between KO and Bottlers.
Guides and collaborates with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas such as RTM, POS, Incentives NARTD vs total portfolio and other commercial initiatives.
Bottlers: GM, Director and Managers: Commercials, Marketing, SC teams
Align, lead governance model and provide solutions to detonate local opportunities.
Follows a collaborative business process and routines to effectively bring about incremental business results, leveraging system competencies, and guaranteeing efficient capability and resource optimization – Franchise Leadership.
Franchise Unit leader, Franchise Operations, Frontline team from Marketing, CCL, Finance, Planning, Strategy, etc.
- Works closely with the FL team, Frontline team from Marketing, CCL & Finance to create synergies and ensure resources, with peers in Indonesia.
Qualifications & Requirements
- +3 years within the KO System or FMCG in a franchise model or equivalent; where leading through influence play a key role. the Industry. Desired: Bottler Marketing and Commercial experience. Recommended: Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Horeca, Modern, Traditional Channel), Route to Market and Revenue Growth Management
