Oracle Presales HCM Competency Lead, APAC in Singapore, Singapore

Presales HCM Competency Lead, APAC Preferred Qualifications Experience: + Domain HCM Experience (CHRO Buying Centre): 10 Years’ experience in HCM Consulting, Transformation, Change Management, HRIS Implementation experience will be an advantage. + Market Expertise: APAC regional experience + Exposure to solution providers in the HCM space (namely Oracle, Workday, SuccesFactors, Ceridian, ServiceNow etc) + Others: Business Development, HRIS Implementation, Advisory Consulting, Digital Transformation, Change Management etc. + Sales orientation / sales experience an added advantage Persona: The ideal candidate comes with deep HRIS experience specializing in any of the leading HR SaaS applications across APAC countries. Possible background in: + Reputed Consulting firm or from HCM solution providers where he/she has proven growth track record and/or run a HCM Transformation practice and/or HCM solutions/services business in a market development or business development capacity + Experience in and Knowledge of the variances across Southeast Asia countries, Industries + Full command over end-to-end employee life-cycle, HR processes and HR trends/strategies + Proven experience being influential and persuasive while advising/presenting to C-level Executives and Staff. + Experience working in a large, complex global team environment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present at the Board and C-level. + Effective understanding of coaching/mentoring to be able to enable the sales teams + An extensive network of contacts accumulated over the course of their career in the CHRO community. + Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. + Knowledge of Oracle, other ERP solution providers in the industry + Previous consultative selling experience preferred. + Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. + Strong project management, facilitation, and organization skills. + High on impact and influence + Inclination and exposure on HR technology (as a user or consultant) + A highly adaptable mindset to be able to pick up different faucets of HR business in Oracle to guide relevant teams Roles & Responsibilities: + Bring about cross-pollination of leading Presales practices, HCM competencies, market awareness and business growth across APAC + Influence C-level and HR leaders on what Future of Work looks like, what their strategy should be and how an HRIS can help value-add between strategy & execution + Work with multiple teams at Oracle to create market presence, and elevate brand visibility for Oracle among CHRO community to drive pipeline development + Provide strategic insights and engaging in account-based marketing activities through strong collaboration with multiple teams + Provide specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representative’s territory + Interacts with sales team to develop strategies and execute on priorities for the market. + Presents/demonstrates Value proposition to CXO’s at clients and industry conference attendees. + May provide enablement to field sales on industry. + Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge. + Provide subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Travel across APAC countries. Degree in related field – MBA HR an added advantage Detailed Description and Job Requirements Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell. As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
