The Marketing Director – Imaging for GE Healthcare is responsible for setting and extending marketing and growth strategy for imaging portfolio throughout ASEAN Region, aligning strategy execution across all countries, and contributing to deliver profitable growth. Overall responsibility for marketing, strategy, commercial excellence, and business development and working in partnership with the global and regional GEHC leadership teams to deliver on our mission to be the leading provider of outcomes-based solutions.

Job Description

  • Develop marketing and strategic plan for Imaging business across ASEAN, drive execution of the strategies across imaging product lines (i.e. Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance, Molecular Imaging, Interventional, Women’s Health and Surgery), and ensure alignment of ASEAN country organization.

  • Work closely with commercial product and sales teams to develop powerful value propositions for all key product lines and ensure consistency and best practice sharing across ASEAN countries.

  • Provide overall functional leadership for the product marketers within Imaging business and collaborate with ASEAN marketing functions, including field marketing, customer & market insights, strategic marketing, and omni-channel marketing.

  • Manage GE Healthcare brand among key stakeholders, and work to establish GEHC as the preferred brand in the market and ensure differentiation against competition with special focus on Digital and AI.

  • Drive commercial excellence in partnership with country leaders and Imaging sales to drive rigorous execution and translate into improvements in commercial metrics such as visibility, win rate, market share, pricing, and sales force effectiveness.

  • Drive quarterly market share analysis, and coordinate monthly bowler review and region strategy review process, providing a strong interface between global modalities and ASEAN teams.

  • Play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and strategic alliances; identify opportunities to improve healthcare delivery access to wider population and work with government agencies to enable positive policy formulation.

  • Develop the KOL vision and drive execution of relationships and reference sites for the entire portfolio following care area approach (such as Radiology, Oncology and Cardiology, Digital and AI).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • MBA or Masters’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience in healthcare capital equipment or medical devices industry

  • 10+ years’ experience in product/region commercial marketing and strategy

  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actions; experience establishing comprehensive strategy and plans for business growth

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical and process skills

  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

  • Teaming skills – Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels

  • Experience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts
