Join us as a Financial Analyst in our Singapore office and partner with Network Middle East-APAC Sales organization. You will be providing access and analysis of relevant data for all analytics, agent renewals, and decision support for the business. You will be focusing on end-to-end process improvement for areas of accountability. Also Supporting in delivering the short-term financial targets and long-term strategic goals. You will be responsible for decisioning support for the business organization to evaluate business case proposals, primarily driven at commission savings and new agent signings. You will be preparing business cases to support business partners in key decisions making processes, new agent signings and renewals. You will be supporting centralized Financial Planning Analyst in End to End financial planning process for Commissions including plan, forecasting and results process. Your responsibilities also include monitoring and providing insight into key variances and business trends to identify risk and opportunities. You will be preparing, and publishing performance reports and any other ad-hoc reports needed for business reviews.
To perform this role successfully you will have 5 plus years of commercial and analytical experience gained in multi-national organizations (MNC) along with educational background in finance or accounting. For this role you will come with high degree of financial acumen, understanding of impacts on financial statements and links with accounting, tax, treasury etc. You will be able to take strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success. You will come with ability to have transparent and productive relationships and collaborate successfully across the organization.
