J&J Family of Companies Associate Finance Manager, Deliver in Singapore, Singapore
As a member of the Deliver Finance team, this Associate Manager (AM) will actively partner, interact and develop positive relationships across these three teams: SEA Deliver, Medical RDC and Pharm Deliver APAC.
This AM will establish strong financial management processes to ensure accurate planning, forecasting, reporting and controls to support and further improve the key strategies the business is undertaking in collaboration with multiple J&J teams.
Financial planning, reporting and analysis (including Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Updates, monthly and quarterly results, and ad hoc requests) for Deliver as well as Supply Chain Demand Plan
Create visibility to COGS and SG&A performance for SEA cluster while managing complexity of leading 6 countries (22 MRCs)
Project analysis and portfolio prioritization – provide business insight and analysis in identifying, prioritizing and executing against key programs to the Deliver Strategic Plan, e.g., network and transportation optimization
Complete RDC monthly reporting requirements e.g. Reports on deferred revenue, sales, OPEX BVA
As a Segment finance lead for Pharm APAC, partner with Pharm Deliver segment lead to drive strategic regional initiatives (e.g. JJCC) and to oversee/ ensure financial planning and delivery of the regional Pharm P&L
Connect well with key stakeholders including SC and Commercial FDs to ensure the shared decision making and financial outcomes
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) is advantageous
Prior understanding of J&J’s structure, cross-sector and supply chain finance experience is a plus
Strong business acumen.

Experience in working with financial planning and analysis platforms (e.g. TM1, Anaplan) and working knowledge of SAP ERP is required
Knowledge in advanced analytics and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI) is good to have
