Examples of Duties: Manage and troubleshoot recreation specific software/issues; serve as point of contact for software and technology problems; accurately respond to staff inquiries and resolve routine and higher level issues Train other staff on specific software modules such as activity, memberships, facility rental, point of sale and maintenance Provide audio visual/technology support for Community Center rental groups Work with Community Center and program staff to manage monthly billing processes for memberships and childcare programs Track monthly membership, rental and activity numbers and report in a timely manner Process refunds for rental damage deposits after final room check by staff Prepare weekly invoices for facility rentals and assist staff with weekly audit of rentals Assist with maintenance of department website pages Track scholarship forms for recreation programs Provide general office support and customer service including front desk coverage during lunch and staff absences/vacancies, tracking information, word processing, spreadsheets, conducting research, etc. Maintain confidential integrity of membership, billing records and other parks and recreation documents Other duties and special projects as assigned.
