Responsible for the management of daily executive service support in Shanghai to provide timely service response, service quality & professionals and process effectiveness.
Leading team to improve customer service experience & customer satisfaction.
Leading team to support achieving regional sales PP.
Responsible for the improvement of team's technical skills, reporting skills and other competencies.
Responsible for advocating team's culture.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related major.
3-5 years of management experience in filed service UPS & corrective maintenance.
Good experience in Electrical system, LVSB or UPS System.
Good communication skills
