WHAT EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

  • This role requires minimum 4 years delegated track record in talent acquisition, and deep knowledge of consumer brands and recruitment essential (sourcing. competency-based interview, offer negotiation, recruitment pipeline management, etc)

  • You may come from an agency or in-house background, but must be an expert in direct sourcing, a track record of success in headhunting and a proven capacity to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • You must demonstrate a high degree of independent decision making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive timelines.

  • You will have a clear vision and strategy to drive excellence in talent acquisition, with the flexibility to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements.

About the Role

As Recruiter for Nike Greater China, you'll create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify, source and hire top talent for Nike's business. You'll utilize innovative and effective recruitment methods that are designed to deliver a diverse pool of candidates to the business against aggressive timelines.
