Danaher Corporation Sr./HR Executive in Shanghai, China

  • Main Responsibility:

Training management

1.Training –Asst. HR manager develop policies & programs as well communication with businesses to ensure compliance with procedures.

.Manage the activities involved in training need assessment, design, preparation of a sufficient way.

3.Monitor and develop methods to ensure training overall effectiveness. Keep up with training trends and promote best practices.

4.To be responsible for WQ Hach China annual training program planning & execution, reports and process improvement to meet organization biz needs.

Talent Development

1.Assist to develop and implement various HR projects and other assignment for continuous talent develop acceleration.

2.As an internal professional resource to provide new idea /innovation way to identify development needs, improve performance and drive change.

3.Be responsible for HR related focusing area process improvement, initiate improvement for location HR process in compliance with Company standard/requirements.

4.Maintain and ensure record keeping and compliance with applicable regulations.

Talent Acquisition

1.To assist on yearly defined activities on talent attraction and talent acquisition standard works improvement.

2.To be responsible for TA data analysis as assigned from superior.

Performance management

1.Performance Management - Assist with the roll-out of processes and tools and guiding commercial team associates on the various aspects and processes.

2.Follow up with business on the process completion. i.e. yearly P4G cycling tracking, yearly compliance training completion status tracking.

  1. Associates NEO process handling and support on exit cases, documents filing.

    Education, Background and Skill Requirements

  2. Bachelor degree or above.

  3. At least 8 years of relevant experience accumulated in an international organization.

  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in highly matrix and fast pace environment.

  5. proficient in verbal and written English; Good communication and presentation skills.

  6. Solid understanding of training deployment strategy, 5+ years’ commercial team training management experience.

  7. familiar with human resource related function knowledge and experienced in talent acquisition & attraction and other professional modules, familiar with the national labor and personnel laws and policies.

  8. Good data analysis ability and smart logical thinking.

  9. experienced in various HR system operation , i.e. Workday. SAP, LMS etc.
