Job Description
The QMP is member of the project core team. The QMP member controls the product development/production process considering the quality aspects and administrates the quality reviews with quantitative assessment (APQP). Assures the successful realization of quaity specifications and implementation of company/BU quality standards throughout the whole project and successful execuation of all tasks of the QA activities related to Q-team. Supports the PM and empowered partner for quality relevant issues. The main goal is to avoid errors by prevention.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering , Industrial Engineering or Quality Management or above
Minimum 5 years of automotive business experience preferrably in Quality Control/Assurace, R&D, Project Management or Quality (PQM/CQM/SQM)， auditor training experience (advantageous)
Minimum 2 years project management experiencexcc
GB or BB is preferred.
As a plus.
Degree majoring in electrical, engineering or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of quality- and project-/risk management
Knowledge of TS16949, Automotive SPICE, VDA Standards, ISO 26262
Solution-oriented and analytical skills
Structured problem solving skills and working methods
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Experience in intercultural cooperation (in Asian speaking space)
Willingness to travel
