Production Leader
Brand: Estée Lauder Companies
Description
This position will lead the production, development/implementation
of China brand site and Mini-Program enhancements and initiatives, integrations
with China-based Vendors and build out a technical support team on the group in
the Shanghai office. This role will work closely with many stakeholders from
design inception through launch to ensure deadlines have been met and overall
business strategic directives have been achieved.
Work with Technical Lead and team
to implement workstreams for China brand site and mini-program enhancement,
creating and executing against strategic roadmap and ensuring KPIs are met
Collaborate and coordinate with
business partners on Fiscal year Project Plan to ensure business objectives are
met, plus Regional and Global Production alignment on overall plan
Responsible for excellence in
execution and delivery of overall objectives, specifically, China Brand site
redesigns, new vendor integrations, etc.
Directs and coordinates activities
of resources to identify and schedule individual project deliverables,
milestones, and required tasks to ensure progress on schedule and within budget
Oversee and manage strategic
vendor partners as needed
Communicate and manage clear deliverables
and expectations to Production and Engineering teams
Recruit, develop, and retain a
high-performance production & engineering teams that act as a business
partner across departments and provides innovative ideas for the software
systems; develop team members to increase the bench strength and flexibility of
the production & engineering function
Responsible for creating and
review of Vendor SOWs for work product directly related to Production and Development
deliverables
Provide organization, process and
support of maintenance for brand sites
Monitor and govern the
implementation of the approved technical designs and drive innovation roadmaps
Monitor efforts and facilitate
activities to ensure successful, timely, and quality project deliverables
Responsible for managing Capex and
Site Development allocation
Qualifications
Management experience,
incorporating at least 2 years managing small technical teams of <10 people
Proven track record of managing
large-scale technical projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders
and project team members
Proficiency in English required
