Lead end-to-end marketing and marketing operation activities for the brand, including brand communications, media, Integrated campaign planning, digital, CRM, retail activation, etc. Manage brand P&L by effectively allocating brand/project budget and monitoring expenses Establish an agile and innovative team culture, and establish cross-functional leadership with Shopper Marketing, Digital, and other BLT stakeholders to cascade brand activities to achieve collective business objectives. Develop talents by setting up team & individual training & development plan, retain.
▪ Bachelor’s degree or above, Marketing related major preferred ▪ 8 years and above work experience in brand marketing experiences preferably from a personal care brand ▪ Ample campaign experience and solid understanding of digital marketing and EC marketing ▪ Proven leadership skills and team management experience ▪ Excellent communication skills ▪ Fluent in English
