DuPont Key Account Manager in Shanghai, China

Key Account Manager (Job Number: 213491W-01)


l Understand the market dynamics, customer expectations, and key value in the FPC(PCB) industry value chain

l Develop key account plan, identify key critical tasks, and establish managing process to grow Key account business

l Lead key account team to achieve sustainable growth through retaining key customers and growing new customer base

l Develop industry connections and networks through personal influence

l Exhibit superior skills in a wide range of disciplines to assist and support subordinate growth in key account management

l Keep key account team motivated and focused on meeting objectives.

l Display high standard of safe, ethical, respectful and environmental behavior both within the company and the society

l Participate and contribute in the territory sales leadership


l Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer science or engineering background

l Master’s degree or MBA degree in sales/ marketing discipline will be an added advantage

l Above 10 years’ electronic experience in sales, marketing or business development roles

l Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills especially with external customers and new customers

l Strong knowledge and ability to apply professional marketing analysis methodology and techniques

l Good business acumen for market dynamics and generate new growth initiatives

l Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently

l Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks

l Good learning capability for new market & new product knowledge

l Good English and Mandarin skill including listening, speaking, reading and writing and deliver training & presentation skills

l Willing to travel
