- Process HR related invoices as below:
-Tuition fee/housing rental/ Car rental
-Other pension funds from international
IG vender payment- Pass Through/Relocation
3rd party benefits vender related payment
-Annual Tax-Hotline services
-HR team's payment to vendors (create vendor code)
-Process annual GESPP and PSP recharge payments to Computershare for whole Shell China
- Report & data
-Provide severance and LSG wage type for calculation
-Monthly report: BW report, report to labor union, OOP name list, cost center list to SIRVA
-Mass upload request: CIGNA, LSA, monthly education and housing, yearly medical check-up and Flu vaccination
Being as GRM file plan focal for HR team
Government related initiative (Shanghai）
-Support SST staff Hukou application related activities
-Help PWC to get the official stamp for expatriate staff's working & residence permit related documents
-Government requested information providing
Support OTO focal point for labor contract preparation and contract signing of Shanghai location’s new joiners.
Interface with third party service providers where necessary.
Being as data privacy focal point in proximate team for DP knowledge and awareness enhancement.
