About us

  • 确保餐饮部的活动和相应的合作战略等行动更好的实施。

Ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate

  • 通过多项技能、多项任务同时处理和灵活的计划安排最大化员工的生产力来实现财务目标和客人期望

Maximises associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

Ensures that each profit centre (e.g. Outlet, Bar, Banquet.) is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.

  • Maintains strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations

Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

Day to day

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

  • 完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。

  • Problem solving and training abilities.

  • 具有解决问题和培训的能力

  • 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

  • 8 年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具主管经验优先考虑。
