Danaher Corporation Assistant AQT Product Manager in Shanghai, China


  • 根据中央市场部的年度市场策略,结合区域的市场和政策信息,与区域销售共同制定区域市场推广计划;并协同区域销售最终达到公司业务KPI;

  • 进行区域市场活动规划、执行、跟踪等工作,提升公司的专业形象与区域销售,经销商一起进行区域市场活动的执行、跟踪等工作,提升公司的专业形象;

  • 设定和执行区域KOL发展计划,并进行管理,拜访和跟进。建立和完善区域专家支持网络;负责区域市场调研、搜集并分析竞争产品的信息及策略,提出相应的应对政策和应对方法;负责搜集并分析竞争产品的信息及策略,提出相应的应对方法;

  • 设定和执行区域KEE发展计划,并进行管理,拜访和跟进;培养区域讲者;

  • 区域客户信息的更新和维护协同区域销售、经销商对重点VIP客户进行维护,确保客户满意度;

  • 对区域销售,经销商进行系统性的产品培训并进行考核,帮助其更好地理解公司策略及产品;


  • 产品管理经验/区域市场管理经验,5年以上医疗行业销售/市场工作经验;

  • 熟悉使用Excel、PPT等办公软件进行图文处理、统计分析和报告撰写;

  • 流利的英语听说读写能力;

  • 具备团队合作精神,具有出色的市场拓展及组织管理能力,有良好的职业道德和敬业精神;

  • 能适应频繁出差。
