Please note: This position is a full time job that requires the applicant to work in the office during our Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 business hours. Remote or Work From Home is not available for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer all incoming phone lines within 2 rings and route to correct person. (6 incoming lines)
Process and distribute (scanning and email) all mail to office
Navigate and attach items into Agency Management system
Process payments online
Update lender information and provide needed documents for lending institutions.
Order supplies and distribute
Accurately documents and attach all Underwriting memos, notices, renewals received by mail, email or fax into the Agency Management system.
Maintains a concern for timeliness and attention to detail when interacting with customers, as well as when working with agency and company personnel to minimize the potential for error or omission claims.
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of front reception desk area
Performs other functions as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to multi-task in a high interruption environment
Digitally literate: Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, email, internet, digital office equipment.
Ability to maintain pleasant composure when interacting with all types of clients
Must possess a positive, pleasant, ?can do? attitude
A commitment to providing clients with outstanding customer service experience
Committed to working in a collaborative team environment
Strong attention to detail required
Experience working in an insurance agency or similar is a bonus!
