Please note: This position is a full time job that requires the applicant to work in the office during our Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 business hours. Remote or Work From Home is not available for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer all incoming phone lines within 2 rings and route to correct person. (6 incoming lines)

  • Process and distribute (scanning and email) all mail to office

  • Navigate and attach items into Agency Management system

  • Process payments online

  • Update lender information and provide needed documents for lending institutions.

  • Order supplies and distribute

  • Accurately documents and attach all Underwriting memos, notices, renewals received by mail, email or fax into the Agency Management system.

  • Maintains a concern for timeliness and attention to detail when interacting with customers, as well as when working with agency and company personnel to minimize the potential for error or omission claims.

  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of front reception desk area

  • Performs other functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a high interruption environment

  • Digitally literate: Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, email, internet, digital office equipment.

  • Ability to maintain pleasant composure when interacting with all types of clients

  • Must possess a positive, pleasant, ?can do? attitude

  • A commitment to providing clients with outstanding customer service experience

  • Committed to working in a collaborative team environment

  • Strong attention to detail required

  • Experience working in an insurance agency or similar is a bonus!
