We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to develop capabilities with internal and external carriers. Direct Fulfillment (dropship) provides Amazon customers the broadest in-stock selection, at the quality and speed of delivery they have come to expect from Amazon. Direct Fulfillment allows Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor's warehouse, and is one of the fastest growing supply channels at Amazon.In this role, the Sr. Manager, DF Ops Projects will:* Build alignment with internal and external transportation providers* Engage in work with DF Operations, DF Tech, and Amazon internal carriers to drive growth towards program goals* Responsible for delivering incremental capacity especially for Prime week and Peak season* Coordinate with internal support teams such as Transportation Execution (TREX), AMXL, Enhanced Vendor Services (EVS) etc. that represent Amazon in direct interactions with carriers and customers, building processes and tools to enable scalable and flexible operations.* Develop and maintain accurate reporting on key metrics* Provide visibility through regular business reviews with internal stakeholders and Leaders (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews)* Work with our tech teams to design solutions to roadblocks* Work with DF Ops to drive processes to achieve program goalsBasic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics or similar field* 5+ years of experience with Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations or Procurement* Demonstrated ability to lead/mentor others with a proven track record for delivering results* Demonstrated experience in performing complex data analysis* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
