Amazon Corporate LLC Sr. Product Manager-Technical, Amazon Global Communities in Seattle, Washington

The Amazon Global Communities (AGC) team's primary charter is to build physical and digital communities for Amazon partners. The team recently launched a social media platform for Amazon partners to collaborate and learn from each other and is looking for an innovative, self-starter Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) with a fascination for data to develop a roadmap, write requirements, and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build a suite of data science products to pluck the most valuable insights and actions from our the social media platform.The PM-T will create a detailed roadmap and define future capabilities for data science products leveraging data from our digital communities product and other Amazon data sources. In this highly visible role, you will be the business owner, working with your peers to influence, guide and grow an exciting product that enables your team to focus on the most impactful decisions, delighting customers and improving programs at Amazon. You will dive deep to understand our products, understand the dynamic relationships between our community members and Amazon, and develop new product ideas based on your experience and your engagement with our stakeholders, customers, and prospects.You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision as well as the drive and attention to detail that transforms vision into a reality. You must enjoy spending time deep in data and operations to understand your customers (internal and external), guiding teams through experiments, and presenting results to arrive at innovative solutions.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Owning product prioritization and detailed product definition for AGC data science and analytics products* Writing and ensure clear communication and coordination of product requirements to the engineering team* Creating buy-in for the product vision both with direct internal team and other AGC teams* Establishing metrics and indicators for success* Measuring and analyzing existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers* Driving product launches including working with other product managers, customers, training teams, etc.* Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goalsBasic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree* 4+ years of experience in product development or program management* 2+ years of experience with advanced applications with artificial intelligence, natural language understanding, and/or machine learning technologiesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
