Our Amazon Business Channel marketing team is developing and optimizing customer journey for all marketing channels (paid and free) to fuel the growth of Amazon Business worldwide.This role is part of the Amazon Business (AB) Marketing team and our vision is to guide our customers through the full journey from awareness to consideration to adoption to advocacy, globally, so that they can achieve their organizational goals, objectives, and mission.As Senior Manager, Global lead of media, you are responsible for developing strategies, measurement framework, and optimization plan for all paid media (excl. paid search), operating as a center of excellence for all Amazon Business marketers worldwide. You will partner closely with audience-specific marketers, marketing ops, data engineers / scientists as well as manage a media agency. You will also be expected to represent these areas with Amazon Business Executive leadership.Primary responsibilities:- Developing and executing strategies for paid media campaigns and optimization, for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product sales- Developing mechanisms for inspecting media performance worldwide- Keeping up with the advancement of advertising science and trend- Driving global scalability of mediaBasic Qualifications* 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of paid media experience* Experience in managing media agency* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision* Excellent inter-team working skills to develop strong partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levelsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
