We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Product Management. This person will lead a team focused on delivering value to our customers and employees through innovative improvement to our products. You will lead the vision of the team, identify strategy for improvements, and manage a portfolio of products and programs, ultimately ensuring our front-line employees are able to meet the high performance expectations of our Selling Partners and customers. You and your team will work to conduct research, define a product roadmap, track product performance metrics, and drive alignment across other Amazon business units. You will work closely with stakeholders from operations, engineering, and business teams to deliver products that improve the learning experience and to drive operational excellence. To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrate ability to earn trust across multiple levels of the business from various functions. You will lead and develop your team to work with large groups of stakeholders globally, ensure that project teams are set up for success, remove road blocks, and effectively creates mechanisms for working across teams. This role will influence senior leadership across the organization and within the broader Customer Trust and Partner Support organization.The ideal candidate for this role will:* Be a product leader that is not afraid to challenge the norms and innovate.* Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments.* Develop relationships with internal and external partner teams.
