Amazon Corporate LLC Senior Program Manager, Sustainability Net Zero Carbon team in Seattle, Washington

We combine opportunity, passion, and resources to set up industry standards that will measure, identify and quantify programs towards Science based, data-driven decarbonization business targets.Amazon's NetZero Carbon (NZC) Business team, is looking for a highly independent Senior Program manager, passionate about sustainability, with extraordinary stakeholder management capabilities, analytical skills, strategic thinking and a go do attitude to define and improve standards across our global Operations towards decarbonization. Your responsibilities will include working with business teams to identify business investment priorities for decarbonization, carbon forecasting, and managing carbon targets across our fulfillment and logistics network.You will be a subject matter expert in Sustainability with a strong business understanding, that will advise and support priority actions that will accelerate our Net Zero progress.To succeed in this role, you will combine a strong sense of ownership, grit, leadership, ability to influence and analytic skills, that will help you navigate in ambiguous environments.Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements* 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects* 5+ years of experience in program or project management* 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams* BS/BA in Business Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent* Experience in managing a large number of internal stakeholders, including advising decision makers and influence cross-functional teams* Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition* Capacity to handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities* Excellent oral and written communication skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
