Due to continued expansion, we're seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to build programs to support our ABM efforts around the globe.

What you’ll be doing…

This role is responsible for creating and implementing integrated marketing programs for strategic enterprise accounts in partnership with the global Enterprise Marketing Managers. The focus is on the top big bet accounts to drive pipeline acceleration, product adoption, and renewals. The Senior ABM Manager is also responsible for interfacing directly with sales leadership and requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team and organisational collaboration, excellent communications and project management skills, and a passion for driving the right customer experience across all of our touchpoints.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include …

  • Lead the overall marketing program structure for our high-touch Enterprise accounts (ABM).

  • Develop and roll out Tableau’s ABM approach that focuses on 1:1 and 1:few efforts for top tier Enterprise accounts

  • Collaborate with field marketers to identify and share best practices from around the world

  • Provide training and education to the field on the latest ABM structure, trends, and ideas.

  • Maintain communication from corporate marketing and sales leadership to field marketers on ABM efforts.

  • Identify and monitor KPIs for tracking the success of ABM programs

  • Support scale efforts targeting Enterprise accounts through digital, email, web personalisation.

  • Work with the Audience Marketing, Industry Marketing, Customer Engagement and Marketing Operations teams on the overall end-to-end experience for top tier accounts.

  • Become an expert on leveraging account intent data (through 6sense) as an ABM tool for the field to leverage

  • Drive coordination with Executive Programs teams

  • Represent field marketing feedback to Executive Programs team

  • Help Executive Programs team define their strategy and roll out programs in the field with consistency and standardisation as needed

  • Contribute to reaching our goals for executive engagement and executive briefings for top tier accounts.

  • Partner with Sales Operations on account segmentation strategies and account planning

  • Stay current on the latest trends in technologies and strategy for ABM

Who you are…

  • Experienced . Extensive experience planning, executing and optimising B2B demand generation and integrated campaigns.

  • Domain . Expertise in Account-Based Marketing strategy and marketing program development preferred.

  • Go getter. Strong understanding of how to create unparalleled brand experiences and a track record for delivering innovative customer experience through enterprise-focused initiatives. Inquisitive and proactive in terms of ideas and innovation.

  • A strong communicator . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborator . Natural relationship builder who can work effectively across different disciplines, time zones and cultures and thrives within a matrix organization. Ability to lead through indirect influence.

  • Organized. Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and consistently hit deliverables on time and to agreed quality standards.

  • Analytical. Experience in Excel and Tableau preferred, not required.

  • International. Ideally multi-lingual and/or experienced working across a range of international markets. Definitely open to learning and truly understanding the differences across regions.
