This role requires excellent leadership skills to build trust and drive alignment. In this role, you will engage in cross-functional communication across all Prime Air teams, identify and mitigate risks to efficient delivery, and decompose ambiguous problems into straightforward solutions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer focus, problem solving skills, strong business judgement, and demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams.Job Responsibilities:- Drive the delivery of critical engineering feedback and design improvements across teams through requirement tracking, design, development and test.-Own and drive system-level milestone tracking and implementation, dependency mapping, and schedule updates.-Engage with customer teams to understand opportunities for process improvement, and drive changes-Work with other TPMs and technical leads to create, implement, and drive processes that improve execution and communication.Export Control LicenseThis position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.Basic Qualifications* 5+ years of engineering or field experience in one or more of the following areas: avionics, propulsion, test development, navigation systems, control systems, robotics, or autonomous systems.* 3+ years of Program/Product Management experience* Bachelor's degree in aerospace/mechanical/electrical/systems engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline* Experience working on aerospace products / projects* Experience in engineering management* Experience developing and driving performance metrics* Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both written and presentation formats* Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
