The B2B Payments team supports Amazon's rapidly growing B2B business across North America, Europe and Asia. We are a key enabler of Amazon Business's growth and global expansion and have introduced many innovative payment products, including invoice payment financing, a small business co-brand credit card, and a distinctive paying experience which supports the unique needs of large enterprises with thousands of buying accounts, as well as small businesses with a single employee. We own the paying experience and the payment methods required to support every transaction on Amazon Business globally.The RoleInvoicing is a table-stakes feature for Amazon Business. Businesses use invoicing as a formal request for payment, a tool for reconciliation, and a form of credit (deferred payment terms). Five years after Amazon Business launched, the B2B Payments team is looking for an experienced product leader to define the end-to-end vision for the next phase of B2B Invoicing. This Principal Product Manager will be accountable for defining the B2B customer need for invoicing across all B2B payment methods, reflecting a deep understanding of business Accounts Payable practices including what, how and when customers want to receive invoices for their commerce on Amazon. This leader will also oversee the delivery of new invoicing features that B2B customers will love, and build of a best-in-class product that is extensible to new clients across Amazon. This leader will build and deliver enterprise-ready products that meet customer requirements of operational excellence, accuracy and configurability, and use data driven approaches to measuring success. This role requires high level of judgment and influence, working cross functionally with technical, financial, and customer facing leaders (including Accounts Receivable, User Experience Design, software engineering, finance, marketing, risk and data science).This role will be based in Seattle, WA.* Bachelor's degree* An extensive background (7+ years) in product management/business management and a record of successful product delivery or 5+ years of relevant experience with an MBA* Proven track record of delivering a long-term vision, even in the face of obstacles* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization* Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams* Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actionsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
