Aerotek Member Services Coordinator in Seattle, Washington


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

This is a Call Center role working for the US Family Health Plan within a local clinic. This is an insurance plan that services military/DOD patients. The Member Service Reps are on an auto distro for incoming calls to answer patient questions about their plans, bills, claims, benefits questions, etc. Ideal candidates will have experience in a customer service/call center environment and can answer 50-70 incoming calls.

-Research plan benefits and inform members of coverage details

-Accurately record and track interactions with beneficiaries and providers

-Interact with members and providers to answer inquiries regarding benefits, referral or claims statuses

-Assist members and providers with our complaint and grievance process

-Guide beneficiaries through the appeals process

-Assist members with billing or appointment access issues
