Iron Bow Technologies Manager, Inside Sales in Seattle, Washington

An Iron Bow Inside Sales Manager must manage the Inside Sales Representatives by establishing operational procedures, resolving operational issues, and ensuring personnel receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, on-boarding, and training new Inside Sales Representatives, Associate Inside Sales Reps, and other sales resources (as needed) as well as coaching existing personnel so that procedures are executed consistently and in support of the customer's mission and Iron Bow's goals. Lastly, Inside Sales Managers handle various day-to-day tasks that promote business continuity and sales effectiveness.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and assist Inside Sales with RFQ requests, responding to customer inquiries, and processing orders.Manage communications between Inside Sales and other functional groups regarding operations and administration of processes related to Sales.Coordinate and facilitate account team activities that contribute to sales growth and relationship management.Provide coaching to implement and consistently execute on new processes, workflow, and engagement models that support the customer's mission and Iron Bow's goals.Represent the Inside Sales organization regarding responsibilities, business process flow, procedures, and operational issues.Provide feedback and suggestions on areas of improvement to include process, workflow, and customer/partner/internal engagementsParticipate in account team reviews, as scheduled by management, and assist with developing and modifying the inside sales strategy, when necessary.Complete semi-annual performance reviews, communicate effectiveness, identify goals, and track progress.Assist with Inside Sales team planning and strategy development throughout the year.Assist with resolution of operational issues.Maintain strategic vendor relationships.Review, approve, and sign product Purchase Orders.Review and approve low margin product orders.Identify appropriate technology and manufacturer training for the Inside Sales organization.Assist with coordination of Inside Sales training, as necessary.Additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Management experience desiredMust demonstrate ability to evaluate, understand, and make sound business decisionsMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsMust possess an outgoing, positive personalityMust demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skillsMust demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressureMust be skilled in the use of Microsoft OfficeMust be able to work independently and in a team environment.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent desiredMinimum of five years of related experience desiredTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSThere is an estimated 5-10% local travel required for this position.#LI-RR1Iron Bow Technologies is a leading IT solution provider dedicated to successfully transforming technology investments into business capabilities for government, commercial and healthcare clients.
