This Lot Attendant will greet the public in a manner consistent with the LAZ Way, serving as a representative displaying honesty, integrity, accountability, and teamwork which includes excellent communication skills. This position is in Seattle, Washington.The Details:Part-Time Shift, Monday through Friday, 10am-4pmMust be able to work independently. Other than training time, this position will work alone.Must be able to communicate clearly in English language, and must present friendly, outgoing attitude.$16.69 per hourShift starts immediately.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure all parkers are in the correct parking lot with permit visible or a banking customer.Communicate politely that the lot is for banking patrons only while doing business in the bank.Report concerns or needs to Operations Manager and/or Facilities Manager if directly asked or in the case of an emergency.Be in correct LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.Work without supervision and follow directions of supervisors when requests are made.Keep parking location clean.Pick up miscellaneous trash.Inform all people loitering to move off property or call non-emergency number for police support.Issue citations to violating vehicles.Report graffiti or vandalism.Make sure there are no tripping hazards in the lot.
