We are looking for a high caliber, experienced, and motivated technologist who possess a unique balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to start a project with strategic significance and high exposure.We will engage with tech companies to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions that address their business customers' needs problems and accelerate their ability to innovate. As a trusted customer advocate, you will work to understand their business customers' needs and provide guidance and best practices on how to leverage technologies to solve these problems with traditional or innovative solutions. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value and help customers solve problems is critical to this role. You will own the overall technical relationship with the tech companies up to C-level.Roles and Responsibilities* Ensure success in building and migrating software* Formulate and support revenue objectives through the adoption of these solutions* Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment* Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers* Capture and share best-practice knowledge* Build relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be advocates* Act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering teams, and supportThis role requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and ability to hit the ground running.
