Receive all customer payments in the accounting system.
Responsible for managing collection activities for approximately 600 customer accounts in North America and Internationally.
Perform weekly AR aging analysis to identify delinquent accounts and monitor collection progress.
Conduct collections campaigns that consist of emails, phone calls, and standard mail correspondence on a regular cadence.
Develop proactive collection methods that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding company goals for past due customer accounts.
Maintain detailed records of all delinquent accounts by logging collection notes in systems.
Send monthly customer statements.
Resolve billing and credit issues with the AR team.
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress to Finance and Management team.
Perform credit checks on customers periodically and generate reporting to document those results.
Constantly evaluate processes and suggest and implement improvements and efficiencies with Manager approval.
Write, update, and maintain technical process documents for assigned tasks.
Assist in special projects as needed.

Bachelor?s degree in accounting or business, or a minor in business, accounting or finance with relevant experience.
Full proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and V-Lookups.
2 years+ collections experience in established middle-market companies.
Experience with multiple currency transactions.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
Skilled in the use of enterprise-level accounting software, GSuite, Slack, Microsoft Excel, SalesForce.
