Seattle Children’s Hospital Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Various Units, Various Shifts in Seattle, Washington

Overview:Seattle Children's Hospital is excited to announce an interview day/hiring event specifically for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). The interview day will take place on Thursday, March 4th, 2021.In order to be considered for these jobs, you need to be available to interview on the date listed above, and if you are offered a position you would need to be available to begin employment by late March 2021 or early April 2021. If you are not available to inteview or start work at these times, we encourage you to apply at a later time. We currently have multiple CNA openings available hospital-wide which can potentially include the following departments: Ambulatory, Medical, Surgical, Cancer Care, Float Pool, PACU and Intensive Care. Some departments may not have CNA openings at the moment.The following schedules and shifts are available:Full-time positions (36-40 hours per week)Part-time and per-diem positions (0-24 hours per week)Day Shift positions (7:00am - 7:00pm)Evening Shift positions (3:00pm-11:00pm)Night Shift positions (7:00pm-7:00am or 11:00pm-7:00am)Most of these positions require working some weekends from time to timeIn order to be considered, you should apply online to this job, answer the assessment questions and include the following documents:Updated resume with your entire work history, education and any certifications you may haveUpdated cover letterCompleted Seattle Children's Employer ApplicationOur Hiring Process: After careful review of all applications, a smaller group of candidates will be selected to move forward in the interview phase of the process. The CNA role at Seattle Children's provides care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician by applying their knowledge and skill to provide appropriate interactions with staff, patients, and families of all ages.#LI-TO1RequirementsCERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:Required Education/Experience:- High School graduate or equivalent.Required Credentials: - Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Washington. (CNA)- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.Preferred: - Two or more years of experience in a pediatric health care setting.We are planning on conducting second round interviews on Thursday, March 4th, 2021.
