Join our team as a Benefits Manager in Seattle.Who you areAs the Benefits Manager you'll be managing and administering the company's US-based benefit plans and policies.You are comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization, whether in-person, over the phone or in writing. You embrace working through challenging and unique situations, while demonstrating a superior level of customer service at all times. You understand that your role creates a positive and lasting impact.What you bring: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in benefits administration including a solid understanding of insurance concepts including self-insured and fully insured funding arrangements.2-3 years of management experienceDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.Prior experience of managing open enrolmentExcellent MS Excel skills.Bonus skills and experienceBenefits experience with independent contractorsKnowledge and understanding of Workday is plus.What success looks like: You respond to inquiries in a timely manner.You manage a high volume of confidential information with discretion.You continuously look for improvements to our internal processes.You successfully liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and managers / employees on a regular basis.BE who you are and what you want to be with Colliers International.
